I just read the story about the online company attack on you: As Maximus said in Gladiator, "Strength and Honor!" Well done. My father went in as an enlisted man (with a BA in History and English), became an NCO faster than a sailor drinks beer, and was discovered by a bird colonel. Next day: OCS. I'm 50-year-old, by the way, and have been practicing estates and trusts law almost exclusively for the last 16 years of a 27-year practice (I was one of those Rambo wanna-be litigators until I realized I was becoming a complete jerk without trying). I wish you the best in your career, but then, it's obvious to me that you are going somewhere. One little bit of advice: get an LLM. Litigators hate us: it's simply fear of what we know that they don't - and it's effective not only in terms of psych-ops but in real results. Finally, thank you for being one of America's finest: it doesn't matter whether you're a Marine rifleman, a JAG officer, or a guy who fixes really expensive machines. People like you are what make America what it is and enable us to live free. Peace! But if the bad guys don't want it, a few B-52s should convince them otherwise.
